Fatal Beauty by Nazarea Andrews (@NazareaAndrews) #Review

Fatal Beauty  (A Novel)by Nazarea Andrews

My Rating:

Charlotte was a good girl.
Sweet and innocent, a debutante with her Daddy’s credit card and a fiancĂ©e who doted on her.
She was destined for a perfect picture life in Charleston.
Until everything goes wrong.

EJ grew up with everything she could ever want, and bored as hell.
Nothing surprises her and nothing ever changes, and she wants out—whatever it takes.
Getting involved with Anthony Jacobs is probably the worst idea she’s ever had—and that makes it irresistible.
Until Charlie needs her.
New Orleans. Memphis. Vegas.
Beautiful girls who know just how to get exactly what they want.
It’s all fun and games, sexy nights and wild parties.
But you can only manipulate your way out of so much, and the body count is rising. When their past catches up, not even a pretty smile will get them out of trouble this time.

DISCLAIMER: I received an ARC of this book (via the author herself) for an honest review. We all know that I was sold when I read Before&After, and got me hooked on zombies with her box set, World Without End. Ergo, do not expect anything less from this book. This is a non-spoiler review. #SorryNotSorry

My Honest Opinions/Thoughts: Oh my goodness! \o/ Nazarea has done it again, and this time she brings it up to a new level. EJ was such a great character; the storyline was amazing and I definitely loved the thrill and suspense. I felt like I was in the book; a fly on the wall, watching the characters passing by. I loved the bond between EJ and Charlie; every girl needs that girl-friend they can trust. There is a magnificent climax, the suspense gets to you. I mean, it really gets to you. I found this book to meet every possible standard; love the cover. This book truly is amazing and I am so glad that I had a chance to read it.

You will not want to put this book down!

I may not be giving you much to grasp on that would make you want to read this book. However, if you have read my other reviews for this author's work, you will know that I greatly esteem her work. . . . To each their own.

About the Author:
Nazarea Andrews is an avid reader and tends to write the stories she wants to read. She loves chocolate and coffee almost as much as she loves books, but not quite as much as she loves her kids. She lives in south Georgia with her husband, daughters, and overgrown dog.

It was supposed to be over. But the stakes are even higher and there is no one to trust but Finn.

DISCLAIMER: I received an e-ARC (via Nazarea Andrews herself) in exchange for a review. I shall keep this as spoiler free as I can. (I only read through book one, but I knew I had to share before moving on, because it is friggin' awesome!)

Characters/Plot: Ren (Nurrin) is a complex character, but she's ideal in this series. Dustin, her boyfriend from the beginning, he grows on you. But you learn to like Finn. He gets under your skin, more than you think. The race to escape the zombies were awesome. FINN BRINGS SUCH TORTURE TO THE STEAMY SECTIONS OF THE PLOT. Amazingly executed.

My Honest Opinion/Thoughts: I was so surprised at how much I was enjoying the book(s). I've never actually read zombies before, so I was a little worried about whether I would give it a good rating for you guys wanting to read it yourselves. Friggin' awesome! The plot(s) were so amazingly put. I would definitely recommend this to people who are just starting to enjoy zombie books, because that element is there, but on overload that you would not be able to handle it.  I'm continuing to read on to the next book, and I think you readers should too (for those of you who like zombie attacks with a twist steamy content.

Before & After - Review

Before & AfterBefore & After by Nazarea Andrews
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Book Description: Rike and Peyton fell in love in college.
A boy from the wrong side of the tracks, covered in ink and crooning in a bar is the last person a straight laced girl with an art major should fall for, but his rough edges made her jagged, alive, shaving away the coddled southern princess and revealing a soul wild and brilliant. They fell in love, despite her family and his past and all the reasons why it wouldn't work--and with their best friends, they made a life. Everyone was supposed to live happily ever after. They, more than anyone, knows that life doesn't go according to plan. Rike and Peyton fell in love in college. A boy with a guitar, and a poet's heart, and a girl with freckles dusted over her nose, a perfect fucking fairy tale. But what happens when the fairy tale doesn't fall apart--but is forgotten?

Plot/Characters: The description says it all, but let’s go below the surface. Our two main characters are Rike and Peyton, and their best friends are Lindsey and Scott. Rike loves Peyton; Scott and Lindsey are a THING. I love the flow of the plot, the chapters that go to the before bring out the best of the characters in the after. As all awesome books do, there are many UPs and DOWNs. Fair warning: there are F-bombs in here. So I would not suggest this book for anyone under-age. Also, I love Peyton’s brother, Brody. I wish he were a real person. I wish Rike and Scott were real! Rike and Scott’s brotherly relationship brings out how much they care about each other, and their girlfriends.. Boy will be boys. Girls will be girls. I love how the book switches from Peyton’s perspective to Rike’s. Being in both of their heads helped me to understand both points of view.

My Honest Opinion/Thoughts: I would just like to start this off by saying, I LOVED THIS BOOK! Not only is the cover beautiful, but the actual content is exemplary. I love the characters; the plot just brought on a bunch of feels! I felt slightly uncomfortable about certain scenes and details in the dialogue. Granted, this is the first real New Adult novel I have read in my life, so I shoved it aside. This was a book I could not put down, except to each lunch. And it left me wanting more!! As it should.

Disclaimer: I have received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
